How we do

From a physical sample to a certified, series-produced protector — five stages, all in house.

Reverse engineering
STAGE 01

Reverse engineering

A sample, a mould or a competitor part is 3D scanned and rebuilt as a parametric model. Dimensional deviation is documented before any tooling decision is taken.

STAGE 02

3D design

Shell geometry, articulation and certified coverage areas are designed against the target standard, then checked on a digital body model through the movement range.

STAGE 03

Prototyping

Printed and milled prototypes, sewn on real materials, tested in house on our impact rig before an external laboratory is engaged.

STAGE 04

Industrialisation

Tooling, cycle time and cost are fixed, then production is allocated between the Sialkot and Hanoi plants according to material and volume.

STAGE 05

Certification

Notified-body testing to EN 1621-1/-2/-3 under PPE Regulation 2016/425, with the full technical file and material dossier handed to the customer.
